Part 4 of 4: Conclusions
This section is based on Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3, so it makes sense to read those sections first.
The previous sections discussed a couple of examples of what can happen when you smoke Salvia, but honestly it is almost impossible to predict what any single person’s experience is going to be like. Perhaps the best advice for a first-timer is to stay calm, and expect nothing, because the experience shouldn’t be corrupted by other people’s interpretations of a Salvia divinorum experience. An onomatopoeia is any word meant to replicate a non-language sound. Onomatopoeia are very common in comic books and graphic novels, where they are used to enunciate the sounds that punches and kicks make. For instance, the original Batman TV show made use of many onomatopoeia. Continue Reading »
Part 3 of 4: An Intense Experience
Be sure to read Part 1 and Part 2 before proceeding, and keep in mind that these are my opinions — not facts based on scientific evidence or lab studies.

Part 1 of 4: Introduction
Please Note: Anything written here should be taken as an opinion, not as a fact. I’m not a scientist, researcher, or an expert on Salvia divinorum. This article is based on my limited experience with Salvia divinorum, and I do not intend to promote or discourage people from legally using Salvia divinorum as a meditative supplement. Salvia divinorum is legal in many states in the U.S., but everyone should make sure it is legal where they live before they decide to buy or use the herb. Where I live, it is easy to buy at any local smoke shop. Continue Reading »

“I like to think of Jesus as a mischievous badger”, is a line from the outtakes reel at the end of Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. In the movie, Cal Naughton, Jr. and Ricky Bobby’s family are having a conversation about how they imagine Jesus Christ looks whenever they are praying to him. Continue Reading »
America’s Revolutionary War was fought against Great Britain from 1775-1783. British control of the American colonies had been increasingly problematic for the American colonists, because the Parliament of Great Britain and the British Monarchy were both trying to establish their dominance over the colonies. Did you know that its possible to get a sunburn on your lips? A few years ago, I had been outside all day, every day, for almost an entire summer. I was smart enough to wear sunscreen, but unfortunately it never crossed my mind to protect my lips. Continue Reading »
