Noli Me Tangere is a popular novel by the Filipino author, José Rizal. The English translation of the title is “Don’t touch me”, but when it was first translated into English, the book was renamed The Social Cancer. Originally written in Spanish, Noli Me Tangre was intended to expose and dramatize the ill treatment of native Filipinos by the Spanish government, which controlled the Philippines at the time. The upcoming month of September is an exciting time for yo mama joke enthusiasts everywhere. According to some research I did, September marks the very beginning of the Fall/Winter Yo Mama Jokes Season.
Yo mama jokes peak in popularity during the fall and spring semesters of a regular K-12 school year, and barely anyone does yo mama joke research during the summer months.
The fall season peaks in November, and then the popularity drops off sharply during the month of December. It is generally assumed that mothers gain more respect during the month of December because of the Christmas break. After all, everyone loves a mom who is handing out candy and presents. The Spring season doesn’t pick up again until the cool month of February. Continue Reading »

The new Alice in Wonderland 2010 Trailer has been out for several weeks now, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it. After hearing that another version of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland/Through the Looking Glass was being made, I was initially turned off. The animated Disney version from the 1950’s was one of my favorite movies to watch when I was a little kid, but there are also tons of terrible Alice movies in existence that are boring and unimaginative. After seeing the new trailer though, I started to get a little more excited about the project. Continue Reading »

The short answer to the question is that men are mammals, and most male mammals have them. Some people think it is strange and unnatural for men to have reddish-brown circles on their chests, but they actually serve more purposes than most people think about. Continue Reading »

Cerebrum – The cerebrum stores and processes much of the information that a person retains during their day to day life. It accepts visual, olfactory, taste, sound, and touch data from the areas of the body that send each type of information. In other words, all of the input received from your eyes, nose, tongue, ears, and hands is received, processed, and stored by the cerebrum. Continue Reading »

Part 4 of 4: Conclusions
This section is based on Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3, so it makes sense to read those sections first.
The previous sections discussed a couple of examples of what can happen when you smoke Salvia, but honestly it is almost impossible to predict what any single person’s experience is going to be like. Perhaps the best advice for a first-timer is to stay calm, and expect nothing, because the experience shouldn’t be corrupted by other people’s interpretations of a Salvia divinorum experience. An onomatopoeia is any word meant to replicate a non-language sound. Onomatopoeia are very common in comic books and graphic novels, where they are used to enunciate the sounds that punches and kicks make. For instance, the original Batman TV show made use of many onomatopoeia. Continue Reading »
Part 3 of 4: An Intense Experience
Be sure to read Part 1 and Part 2 before proceeding, and keep in mind that these are my opinions — not facts based on scientific evidence or lab studies.
An intense Salvia divinorum experience can be incredibly disorienting. Dream-like hallucinations are common, and for a few seconds people may believe they are a different person, or in a completely different place and time. Continue Reading »

Part 2 of 4: A Mild Experience
Read Part 1: Introduction before proceeding, and remember that this article is based on my opinions — not scientifically proven facts.
Now we’ll explore what happens when you smoke Salvia divinorum. When smoking Salvia, a person may experience anything from mild visual distortions to extreme hallucinations in which their entire perception of reality is replaced with a new reality. Continue Reading »

Part 1 of 4: Introduction
Please Note: Anything written here should be taken as an opinion, not as a fact. I’m not a scientist, researcher, or an expert on Salvia divinorum. This article is based on my limited experience with Salvia divinorum, and I do not intend to promote or discourage people from legally using Salvia divinorum as a meditative supplement. Salvia divinorum is legal in many states in the U.S., but everyone should make sure it is legal where they live before they decide to buy or use the herb. Where I live, it is easy to buy at any local smoke shop. Continue Reading »
